In our position as ICT Support Engineer (m/w/d) at our location in Dortmund, you are the first point of contact for colleagues worldwide, process incoming IT inquiries and incident reports and develop appropriate solution strategies as part of the service desk team.

Your responsibilities with us:

• You support internal employees worldwide in the ICT Service Centre in cooperation with local ICT contacts,
• You take incoming requests and incident reports by phone, in person or via the ticket system and analyze their causes,
• You process incidents and service requests independently – from hardware to Windows to applications,
• The decision on appropriate solutions or escalations is up to you to ensure a high IT service standard,
• You document all operations structured in the ticket system and thus contribute to the support of over 10,000 workplaces worldwide.

What makes you stand out:

• Completed training as a specialist in information technology with a focus on system integration with at least two years of professional experience
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11 and Active Directory.
• Experience with TOPdesk, Power Shell, Intune or SCCM is an advantage.
• You are communicative, customer-oriented and convince with very good communication skills in English and German.
• On-site support of the teams in Dortmund and Mönchengladbach
• You understand the importance of automation in a growing organization and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the team.
