Service Coordinator | Security Systems Support

Oakwood Village, OH | Fully Onsite | 1st Shift | Contract-to-Hire

What You'll Do

As a Service Coordinator, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers experiencing issues with their security systems.

Daily Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and emails from existing customers
Troubleshoot alarm systems, sensors, batteries, and security equipment
Assist customers with:  Arming and disarming systems
Panel alerts and system notifications
Sensor issues and false alarms
System testing and resets

Place systems in "no action" mode during testing to prevent unnecessary emergency dispatches
Resolve issues remotely whenever possible to provide a seamless customer experience
Schedule technicians for on-site service visits when needed
Manage and coordinate service tickets and customer follow-ups
Program and update customer accounts, including:  User codes
Master codes
Zone additions/removals
System testing

Partner with technicians and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Document customer interactions accurately within company systems

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

1-5 years of customer service experience
Experience in Security systems industry, or adjacent experience
Strong phone and communication skills
Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues with customers
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills and proficiency with:
Microsoft Office Suite
Microsoft Teams

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Backgrounds

Cable or Internet Troubleshooting

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
