Job Title
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets
- Perform data validation and cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs
- Support database querying and data analysis within platforms such as Snowflake and Oracle
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of reporting and dashboard solutions using BI tools (Micro Strategy, Power BI, Tableau)
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including data models and reporting outputs
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales and finance, to deliver actionable insights.
- Support data pipelines and production processes, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Utilize Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage tasks, documentation, and requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 5–7 years of experience in data analytics, technical analysis, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including experience working with large datasets
- Experience with relational databases and data warehouse concepts
- Hands-on experience with data validation, cleansing, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with BI and reporting tools (Micro Strategy, Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience working in Agile environments, including use of Jira or similar tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work onsite in Cleveland, Ohio
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar modern data platforms
- Exposure to ETL tools, data pipelines, or data integration processes
- Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python or Bash
- Familiarity with API-based data extraction and data processing
- Relevant certifications in data or analytics (preferred but not required)
