A leading trading firm is seeking a Data Center Engineer to support and maintain critical infrastructure environments across multiple sites in Cleavland, OH area.
Responsibilities:- Support day-to-day operations of data center environments, ensuring stability and uptime
- Perform hardware installations, including racking, cabling, and equipment setup
- Assist with structured cabling and physical connectivity across systems
- Monitor key environmental factors such as power and cooling
- Contribute to capacity planning and infrastructure expansion initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and track assets within internal systems
- Provide support across locations and partner with internal teams as needed
- Several years of experience in a data center or infrastructure-focused role
- Hands‑on experience with hardware installation and physical infrastructure
- Familiarity with enterprise systems and infrastructure environments
- Exposure to server administration across common operating systems
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
