As a Business Analyst Senior within PNC's Independent Risk Management/Enterprise Change Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH.

• Leads, directs, and/or supports projects as defined by role.

• Drives the elicitation/build of business needs (requirements/user stories) and testing strategies. Responsible for collection and interpretation of business requirements/user stories through translating business needs, processes, and/or procedures, partnering with multiple stakeholders aligning business needs and expectations. Responsible for guiding the business needs in collaboration with the technical team regarding testing strategy, test script creation, test execution and maintains all business test plans and artifacts including traceability of requirements/stories, scripts, and defect logs.

• Supports applicable policy and procedure documentation.

Utilizes systems including Jira, Xray, Confluence, Change Navigator, Visio, and Microsoft Office

Base Salary: $52,500.00 – $Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
