Must have:
Experience of coordinating and managing cutover/go live for at least two global SAP rollout. Must have done following activities:
Responsible for updating the template for future cutovers during the global implementation of the new systems. Provides cut-over status reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders involved in coordination of legacy shut down activities prior to application activation. Responsible for coordinating with the project managers for testing, data migration, IT system cutover and legacy business process transition. Previous experience of working with Global teams with various stakeholders and multiple delivery partners.
Develops detailed cut-over checklist and project plan. Responsible for creating and maintaining the Cut-over Project Plan. Responsible for detailed project management of the cut-over and conversion deliverables to the new system, resolving discrepancies or process issues related to cut-over.
Nice to have:
Spanish/Portuguese language skills would be added advantage. General Technical Project Management. Good verbal and written communication skills influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team.
