Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Friedman Frontier ERP Onsite Support Consultant to provide reliable, high‑quality application support for our manufacturing and supply‑chain operations. The role will serve as a key onsite point of contact, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, rapid issue resolution, and strong collaboration with both business users and global IT teams.

Experience & Functional Expertise
  • Strong specialization in ERP systems
  • Proven hands‑on experience with the Friedman Frontier ERP platform
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing (MFG), supply chain, and order management processes
  • Experience supporting ERP applications on IBM i / AS400 environments
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary onsite support contact for Friedman ERP‑related issues
  • Provide timely resolution for incidents, service requests, and production issues, minimizing business impact
  • Partner closely with business users to understand operational needs and deliver effective solutions
  • Coordinate with offshore and global support teams to ensure seamless 24x7 support coverage
  • Proactively identify risks, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities
  • Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and service quality expectations

  • Strong customer‑facing communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with business stakeholders
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, especially in high‑priority or time‑sensitive situations
