As the Director of Enterprise Pipeline Engineering & Automation within PNC's CTO organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Birmingham, AL, Strongsville or Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, or Phoenix, AZ.

This role will play a critical leadership position in transforming the CTO organization from a predominantly infrastructure focused model into a software driven, automated execution organization, enabling faster, safer, and more repeatable paths to production. This role serves as a software and automation counterpart within the CTO organization, responsible for bringing strong software engineering, architectural rigor, and pipeline automation into enterprise infrastructure delivery.

The Director will architect and build the software systems, automation frameworks, and engineering patterns that allow infrastructure to be provisioned, configured, validated, and handed off seamlessly once hardware is deployed in the data center.

This leader will not replace existing infrastructure teams, but will enable and elevate them—creating the pipelines, abstractions, and automation capabilities that groups such as platform, operations, and runtime teams can consume and scale.
