R2R Process Lead

Your responsibilities:

* analyzing and redesigning R2R processes in line with market best practices;

* delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, controls, and KPIs;

* identifying, assessing, and prioritizing automation and AI use cases across processes (RPA, AI, agents);

* supporting time and motion measurement;

* collecting and analyzing feedback about R2R processes - both from MGS and local Miele organizations;

* performing Root Cause Analysis for identified issues and proposing actions;

* being a part of execution of proposed changes and improvements;

* supporting scope harmonization (alignment to Target Model).

Our requirements:

* several years of proven experience in R2R operations (Process Subject Matter Expert);

* understanding of core end-to-end processes R2R and supporting systems;

* fluency in written and spoken English;

* proven experience in process improvement and identification of automation use cases;

* proven ability to lead operational projects and deliver measurable results;

* hands-on interest and practical exposure to automation and AI (RPA, AI tools, agents);

* ability to challenge the status quo and drive cross-functional change;

* ability to work independently and maintain high standards of work;

* ability to convey complex information in a clear and simple way.
