Expertise in IBM MDM version 11x Advanced Edition product with hands‑on implementation and production support experience of 4 years. Must have IBM MDM experience.

Expert in .NET and API.

Hands‑on experience with IBM MDM Customization using features which include Extension, Addition Business proxies, SDP, Match Merge Rules, Event Manager, Notification.

Expert in Java JEE development background with RSA RAD, Websphere, MDM Workbench, SOAP Web Services, XML, XSD, WSDL.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Provide ongoing production support for the MDM AE environment including troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring performance, and ensuring data accuracy.

Analyze and resolve/fix technical issues related to MDM AE such as data loading problems, performance bottlenecks, and application errors.

Work closely with client and other teams such as development and database administration to resolve production‑related issues and ensure seamless operation.

Use ticketing systems to document and track production issues ensuring timely resolution and follow‑up and do RCAs.

Experience in working with Linux/Unix.

Nice to have experience in Banking / Insurance domain
