Job Description:
We are seeking a Content Enablement Specialist to support enterprise knowledge management and AI-powered content initiatives. This role combines content creation, technical enablement, GenAI support, and content operations to improve content quality, consistency, and user experience across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain enterprise knowledge content within the Knowledge Management platform
• Develop AI-ready content using established templates, metadata, and content standards
• Support onboarding and training for business teams using the Knowledge Management platform
• Guide users on content authoring best practices and publishing processes
• Support GenAI capabilities including AI-generated content, smart tagging, metadata generation, and content optimization
• Test AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, and usability
• Execute testing of content workflows and platform enhancements
• Troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvements
• Monitor content quality, engagement, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to improve content operations
Requirements:
• Experience with Knowledge Management or enterprise content management platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience supporting content operations or documentation processes
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience with GenAI tools or AI-enabled workflows is preferred
• Experience in regulated industries such as banking, financial services, or healthcare is a plus
