Position Overview

Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategy and execution of PNC’s digital mobile app.
- Identify opportunities to improve the mobile app and work with product and engineering teams to deliver from inception through launch.
- Drive digital strategy across business segments to optimize the digital experience, leveraging design thinking and best practices.
- Monitor marketplace trends and recommend enhancements to existing experiences.
- Prioritize initiatives and make data‑driven recommendations based on a strong business case.
- Develop and design features for new or existing digital experiences.
- Manage development, production, rollout, and promotion of digital experiences.
- Partner with stakeholders—including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing, and risk governance—to ensure strategic alignment.
- Support risk management, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Drive business, financial, and customer‑experience results of products and recommend modifications to improve outcomes.
- Coordinate and coach Product Managers and Associates when needed.
- Participate in client‑facing activities as required.
- Strong product management background with a proven record of carrying ideas through the entire product lifecycle.
- Experience working with an agile team, including engineering and design, as a product owner.
- Critical thinker who is detail‑oriented and analytical.
- Passionate about delivering high‑quality customer experience and getting things done.
- Strong leadership and initiative, capable of moving projects forward in uncertain or ambiguous situations.
- Experience with Jira and Figma.
- Experience launching a Bank or Fin Tech mobile app (ideal).
- Experience managing high‑performing teams (ideal).
- Digital product management experience (ideal).
- Experience with Agile Web Development, Business Requirements Documentation (BRD), Data Visualization, Digital User Experience, Employee Engagement, IT Architecture, JavaScript, and Wire framing.
- Competencies in Business Acumen, Competitive Environment, Data Gathering and Reporting, Design Thinking, Effective Communications, Innovation, Knowledge of Product Line, Marketing Strategy and Positioning, Product Development Life Cycle, Project Management, and Solutions Development.

- University or college degree required;
Master's degree, PhD, or certifications desirable. - Typically 8+ years of industry‑relevant experience.
- Specific certifications may be required; a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
Base Salary: $ – $ (may vary by location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education). This role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
