Position Overview
As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Technology organization, you will work in Pittsburgh, PA;
Strongsville, OH;
Cleveland, OH;
Dallas, TX;
Phoenix, AZ;
Denver, CO; or Birmingham, AL. The role focuses on delivering technology solutions that align with business opportunities, enhancing system productivity, and providing senior-level consulting to internal business groups. PNC does not offer sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
- Provide solutions for IT and business management by applying technology to business opportunities and planning and implementing cross‑functional applications.
- Identify, evaluate, and configure cost‑effective systems that meet business requirements.
- Monitor client experiences and feedback on business applications to enhance system productivity.
- Deliver senior‑level consulting services to internal business groups on process‑improvement projects.
- Analyze, define, and document client requirements; revise existing system logic as necessary.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
- 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience in business systems analysis.
- Proficiency with Postman and test case creation.
- Strong skills in application development, business management, collaboration, communication, customer solutions, design, group problem solving, process improvements, release management, software solutions, teamwork, and user‑experience (UX) design.
- Competencies in business assessment, business process modeling, IT environment, IT project management, requirements analysis, technical writing/documentation, and workflow analysis.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Customer‑focused mindset; able to align customer needs and satisfaction with business decisions.
- Risk‑management capability; able to assess and manage risks in alignment with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Base salary range: $75,000–$137,500 annually (dependent on geography, experience, and education).
- Incentive eligibility based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
