Legal Tech Innovation Analyst
We are looking to hire a Legal Tech Innovation Analyst to work with a law firm’s Client & Innovation Office in Cleveland, OH. This position is perfect for someone who has a good grasp of legal workflows, enjoys tackling practical technology challenges, and can assist lawyers and legal professionals in maximizing the benefits of tools like AI, contract analysis, document automation, and litigation management platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lawyers and legal teams in implementing legal technology in ongoing matters and internal processes
- Assist in planning, setting up, and launching projects utilizing tools like Kira, Luminance, Opus 2, Legora, Harvey, or similar software
- Develop useful user materials, including quick guides, FAQs, checklists, screenshots, and workflow documentation
- Deliver initial training, demonstrations, and daily assistance for designated applications
- Monitor usage, collect user feedback, note pain points, and spot areas for enhancement
- Collaborate with lawyers, IT, Innovation, Training, Knowledge, Research, vendors, and practice groups to come up with tech-driven solutions
- Stay updated on legal tech developments, such as agentic AI, contract analysis, collaboration tools, and case management platforms
Requirements:
- Familiarity with law firm or legal department operations, including attorney work product, matter life cycles, and transaction or litigation processes
- Hands-on experience in legal tech support, systems implementation, project management, or workflow enhancement
- Quick ability to grasp new platforms and explain tech concepts clearly to both lawyers and non-technical users
- Knowledge of legal tech tools like Kira, Luminance, Opus 2, Legora, Harvey, or similar programs
- Experience with GenAI prompting, no-code/low-code workflows, or AI-assisted legal processes
- Excellent listening, communication, customer service, organization, follow-up, and issue-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and data analysis tools; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Preferably a college degree in a relevant field
