Job Title: IT Site Analyst

Location:
Brecksville Ohio

Pay Range: $25-$29/hr

What’s the Job?
  • Install and support meeting room equipment conforming to IT standards for conferencing.
  • Support labs, special builds, and emergency support as scheduled or on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Provide local support for networks, servers, and security, including hardware replacements.
  • Enhance communication and problem‑solving skills continuously and develop more efficient support methods.
  • Participate in projects to improve service quality and foster technical and career development.
  • Identify recurring support issues and create problem tickets.
  • Assist in the global rollout of new applications and provide support at local sites.
  • Educate and train local site users on IT systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with vendors or third parties for issue resolution or upgrades at local sites.
  • Perform electrical safety checks on computer equipment at local sites.
What’s Needed?

The ideal candidate should possess a technical degree with 3-6 years of relevant experience, along with the following competencies:

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen actively and convey empathy.
  • Customer service expertise, ensuring consistent, positive experiences for end users and proactive issue resolution.
  • Analytical problem‑solving abilities, utilizing all resources to resolve or foresee issues, and updating processes and knowledge bases accordingly.
  • Effective time management, setting realistic expectations for issue resolution with end users.
  • Team collaboration, offering and receiving feedback, sharing knowledge, yet capable of independent work with minimal supervision.
  • Relationship‑building capabilities, fostering both internal and external relationships, and establishing rapport with end users efficiently.
  • Multi‑tasking proficiency, with a focus on prioritizing work effectively.
