We need a data analyst like you to bring your knowledge to mature Space Technology for the future.

As a client‑facing data analyst on our National Security team, you'll work closely with your clients to understand their questions and needs and then dig into their data‑rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle. Not only will you provide a deep understanding of their data, but you'll also advise your client on what the information means and how it can be used to make an impact on the future of Space Technology Research.

• Use your technical knowledge and analytical mindset to support client and stakeholder relationships.
• Research, develop, and test data methodologies, and generate cross‑functional solutions through evaluation and analysis of large data sets.
• Contribute to impactful work and guide decision‑making across multiple organizations.
• Apply research skills and data analytics experience by simplifying technical requirements and trends, based on audience.
• Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics and key performance indicators to drive technical outcomes.
• Apply data visualization through different formats such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Grow your communication and technical skills by creating data‑centric solutions across the space community.

Work with us to help drive large‑scale business and process decisions through data insights.

• 2+ years of experience with program or project support to a government or R&D organization
• 2+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Lists, and Forms
• Experience with data visualization and developing and maintaining dashboards and data systems such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with facilitating meetings and leading working groups as an authoritative voice
• Knowledge of project management principles
• Ability to manage various competing tasks and prioritize completing them within a tight deadline
• Bachelor's degree

• Ability to operate independently within a fast‑paced environment and maintain diligent adherence to deadlines and deliverables
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives including development of program materials, briefings, and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, operate under tight timelines, and pivot quickly in a dynamic collaborative environment
• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
