Marketing WorkFront Admin and Compliance Coordinator

10 is currently seeking a Marketing Work Front Admin and Compliance Coordinator for a contract position with a Major Financial Institution located in Cleveland, OH. This is a 5+ month contract opportunity.

This individual contributor role is part of the Marketing Operations team, responsible for ensuring marketing policies and procedures align with risk and compliance guidelines. The position involves coordinating reviews for all marketing materials before market release and includes the upkeep and maintenance of the Adobe Workfront platform to enable successful marketing programs.

Responsibilities:

• Update Work Front Access and maintain proper documentation within the tool shared drive
• Train individuals as Work Front access is provided and troubleshoot errors as they occur
• Receive requests through internal Workfront tool for Admin updates to fields, reporting, build of new flows, and certificate verification
• Execute required reporting and distribute and store in required drives
• Partner with other project coordination team members to ensure work is completed on time and within expectations
• Ensure project scope aligns with stated business goals
• Follow established processes, suggest new ways to do work, and manage risks effectively
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
• Bring an innovation mindset to enhance overall team performance
• Demonstrate consistent year-over-year improvements in performance
• Effectively collaborate with internal and external partners, including marketing, creative services, external agencies, product management, lines of business, risk, legal and compliance
• Interact with a variety of stakeholders and communicate effectively
• Actively participate in team sessions and in projects led by others

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3 - 5 years of professional experience in an advertising agency, marketing project management, or related fields
• Experience in traditional and digital creative development process, ensuring content aligns with business objectives and is within brand and compliance standards
• Proven relationship-building skills working with internal team members, external agencies, and cross-functional teams
• Strong written and oral communication ability; demonstrated presentation skills
• Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
• Demonstrated strong client focus; is efficient and delivers in a timely manner
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems; escalates as necessary

Pay range: $27.39 per hour
