• Manage system program planning, acquisition, audit readiness, business management functions to include financial and contract management, and execution.
• Provide support in achieving DLA audit readiness goals and objectives, including direct support to audit readiness teams through completion of specific tasks and deliverables.
• Support DLA IT documentation and sustainment to achieve audit readiness goals and objectives.
• Interpret and clarify policies, procedures, performance standards and monitoring techniques relating to audit readiness, system modifications or changes.
• Coordinate and oversee various IT project management approaches, emerging IT acquisition strategies and application of appropriate methodologies, with analysis of performance measures and quality management.
• Coordinate with various entities to define acquisition objectives and planning efforts.
• Focus on managing inventory, receiving, kitting and other functional distribution processes.
• Demonstrate experience working with and maintaining warehouse management and distribution systems (Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Distribution Standard System (DSS)).
• Utilize Service Now (SNOW) for incident and process management.

• One year of specialized experience that equips the applicant with the competencies to perform the duties of the position, directly related or equivalent to GS‑12 level under other pay systems.
• Experience evaluating projects by aligning legal authority and policy with technical guidance, budgets, acquisitions, and audit readiness.
• Experience investigating and assessing emerging technologies for adoption, improving design, implementation, and support of existing IT capabilities and application software.
• Experience supporting logistics business systems, specifically with WMS and DSS.
• Understanding of applicable audit readiness end‑to‑end processes within a functional area, including managing internal controls across manual and automated system workflows.
