VP, IT & Cybersecurity

We are looking for a
VP, IT & Cybersecurity to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

This is a high-impact executive opportunity for a technology leader to oversee both IT operations and cybersecurity strategy, in an onsite role based in Cleveland, OH.

• Lead the organization's overall IT strategy, infrastructure, and operations
• Own the enterprise cybersecurity strategy, including risk management, threat monitoring, and incident response
• Develop and enforce IT and security policies, standards, and governance frameworks
• Build, lead, and mentor IT and security teams across multiple disciplines
• Partner with executive leadership on technology investment and risk decisions
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry security standards
• Oversee vendor relationships, technology budgets, and infrastructure planning
• Lead response and remediation efforts in the event of security incidents
• Drive technology modernization initiatives across the organization

• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including cybersecurity oversight
• Proven track record building and leading IT and security teams
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) strongly preferred
• Excellent executive communication and leadership skills
