Role OverviewCould you be our next Corporate Service Specialist? Globe Life is looking for a Corporate Service Specialist to join the team! This role is responsible for supporting policyholder services through accurate processing of return mail, mailroom duties, policy review, and general office assistance. This position is located in Broadview Heights, Ohio.
What You Will Do- Receive, sort, scan and process all returned mail in accordance with department procedures.
- Research and resolve returned mail by locating updated policyholder contact information.
- Investigate and research returned checks and coordinate resolution with appropriate teams.
- Utilize internal and external resources to locate and verify current policyholder addresses.
- Perform policy review verification to ensure policy data integrity.
- Complete assigned projects in the planned timeframe.
- Maintain confidentiality of all policyholder information.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, insurance operations, or a related administrative role.
- Medical terminology/medical office background a plus.
- Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Previous phone experience desired.
- Ability to handle various types of phone calls in a professional manner.
- Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift.
- Ability to work full time and/or part time based on the position specifications.
