- Support and administer SharePoint 2016 On-Prem environments
- Assist with Parker's migration efforts from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE)
- Troubleshoot SharePoint platform, infrastructure, and user issues
- Manage SharePoint servers and supporting infrastructure including Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, and Active Directory
- Utilize Power Shell for administration and automation tasks
- Support forms, workflows, and collaboration solutions
- Partner with infrastructure, security, and business teams to maintain and improve collaboration platforms
- Create technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles
Must Haves
- 3+ years supporting SharePoint On-Prem environments (2016 strongly preferred)
- Experience supporting SharePoint infrastructure including:
- Windows Server
- IIS
- SQL Server
- Active Directory
- Experience troubleshooting SharePoint environments and resolving production issues
- Power Shell scripting experience
- Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams and One Drive
- Experience supporting SharePoint migrations
Plusses
- Experience migrating SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE)
- Nintex Workflow experience
- Info Path experience
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale collaboration environments
