Ashton North is conducting a confidential search for an IT Infrastructure & Operations Lead with a growing advanced manufacturing organization.
This is more than an infrastructure role. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving business problems, and partnering with operations to keep a manufacturing environment running at its best.
What We're Looking For- 8+ years of IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or IT Operations experience
- Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting a fast growing or rapidly changing organization
- A stable work history with demonstrated career progression
- Someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across Operations, Engineering, and Business Leadership
