Senior Business Analytics Consultant

Position Overview

Senior Business Analytics Consultant in PNC's Quantitative & Portfolio Analytics organization. Available in Cleveland, OH or Pittsburgh, PA. Supports data‑driven decision‑making by analyzing business data, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business drivers
• Build dashboards and reports to support decision‑making and performance monitoring
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions
• Monitor and validate data used in critical processes (regulatory or financial models)
• Develop and maintain data quality controls and dashboards
• Support data issue identification and resolution using SQL
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (finance, risk, modeling, IT)
• Work with data modelers to identify and manage critical data elements
• Curate and maintain enterprise data assets in data catalog tools (e.g., Alation)
• Ensure compliance with governance standards and policies

• University or college degree and 3+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong analytical thinking, business intelligence, and data‑driven decision making
• Experience with SQL and dashboard/report development
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data catalog tools
• Effective communication skills and ability to translate technical findings to business audiences
• Ability to work collaboratively with finance, risk, and IT teams

Base salary range: $55,000 – $109,500. Incentive eligible with payment based on company, business and/or individual performance.
