Description:

Must have:

• Experience of coordinating and managing cutover/go live for at least two global SAP rollout.
• Responsible for updating the template for future cutovers during the global implementation of the new systems.
• Provides cut-over status reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders involved in coordination of legacy shut down activities prior to application activation.
• Responsible for coordinating with the project managers for testing, data migration, IT system cutover and legacy business process transition.
• Previous experience of working with global teams with various stakeholders and multiple delivery partners.
• Develops detailed cut-over checklist and project plan.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining the Cut-over Project Plan.
• Responsible for detailed project management of the cut-over and conversion deliverables to the new system, resolving discrepancies or process issues related to cut-over.

Nice to have:

• Spanish / Portuguese language skills would be an added advantage.
• General technical project management.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, influencing skills, and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team.
