Security Operations Manager-Hybrid
NTT DATA's client is currently seeking a Security Operations Manager-Hybrid to join their team in Cleveland, Ohio. This role involves managing a staff of professional-level team members or managing a team through lower-level supervisors. The position works within general policies and management guidance, independently determining approach to managing daily operations. The Security Operations Manager provides guidance and technical advice, becoming actively involved as necessary.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develops, modifies and executes company policies that affect Company operations across a small geographical area.
- Develops, implements and maintains security procedures to meet business requirements.
- Analyzes, investigates and recommends process improvements related to loss control and incident reports.
- Manages and is accountable for the Security budget for the operations across a small geographic area.
Role Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Graduate degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industrial security programs and the ability to identify and evaluate policies and procedures to compliment the business objectives while protecting company personnel and assets.
- Certified Protection Professional or Certified Fraud Examiner or equivalent internationally recognized qualification.
- Typically requires 10-12 years relevant experience. Includes 3-5 years managerial/leadership experience.

-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $80/hr - $90/hr actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
