Summa Health is reestablishing how technology best serves our community, and we want people who lead that change rather than wait for it. This isn’t a maintain‑the‑status‑quo role, but it’s honest work: real legacy systems, real constraints, and real opportunity to shape what comes next. If you’re in a health IT environment today and feel like you’re moving faster than everything around you, we want that energy—paired with the judgment to bring an organization along with you.
We move with urgency, own our outcomes, and would rather ship something good and improve it than wait for perfect.
