Senior IT Business Analyst - UKG Project
$45-$50/hour 3+ months contract (potential for conversion to hire)

We are seeking a dynamic Senior IT Business Analyst to lead pivotal projects supporting UKG Workforce Management solutions. In this critical position, you will serve as a key liaison between IT and hospital business units, providing application configuration support, troubleshooting, and managing system upgrades. Your ability to communicate effectively, analyze complex workflows, and work independently in a fast-paced environment will be essential. You will also support data manipulation in SQL, produce custom reports, and collaborate with clinical analysts and other scheduling applications to ensure optimal system performance.
Required Skills include:
- 4+ years supporting healthcare applications, ideally in a hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases, interfaces, and SQL-based applications
- Experience with Kronos UKG PRO Workforce Management, Time & Attendance systems, and HL7 interfaces preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of networking, server management, and disaster recovery procedures
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with project management methodologies
Nice to Have
Skills:
- Business workflow redesign experience
- Experience with Data Hub, Boomi Integration Platform, and ITIL standards
- Background in project management and process improvement
Preferred
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Extensive experience supporting enterprise-level healthcare applications and integrations
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to support application upgrades, troubleshooting, and system enhancements
- Understanding of healthcare workflows and hospital operations
- Certifications related to healthcare IT or project management are a plus
