Jr. Oracle Data Warehouse Analyst

We are hiring a Jr. Oracle Data Warehouse Analyst for a contract position lasting 6+ months in Cleveland, Ohio. This role bridges data warehouse operations and IT support, requiring hands‑on technical expertise in Oracle environments combined with cross‑functional collaboration skills to support system deployments, improvements, and organizational technology initiatives.

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization with leadership, customers, and third-party vendors
• Oversee the deployment of customizations and enhancement requests and provide guidance to developer teams
• Ensure that all system development, change control standards, and compliance processes are followed
• Coordinate and assist in investigating and resolving support issues and technical work across various infrastructure and application support teams
• Participate in and support system upgrades, deployments, and technology expansions
• Preserve and improve the cybersecurity posture by keeping applications and their infrastructure up to date
• Manage small to large-scale projects by working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage and track project schedules, monitor budgets, identify risks, and communicate clearly with partners across the company
• Lead the discovery, planning, and implementation of process improvements in individual or cross-functional areas for continuous optimization of support and testing
• Collaborate with IT Business Architect to define and maintain application roadmaps
• Maintain ITIL artifacts (CMDB and support KB articles), architecture diagrams, audit, disaster recovery, and various support documentation
• Pursue continuous learning consistent with changes in job requirements and technology

• Required
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 5+ years of Information Technology experience
  • Strong proficiency in PL/SQL (writing and executing)
  • 2+ years of data warehousing experience in an Oracle data warehouse environment
• Preferred
  • Exposure or working knowledge of Oracle ERP modules (Finance, Project Accounting, Procurement)
  • Project Management experience
