System Reliability And Support Lead

- Dallas, TX - Birmingham AL or Phoenix AZ This position has hours of Monday-Friday - 11AM-8PM EST or 330-1130
EST and on call responsibilities.
Monitor and support critical production applications utilizing Open Shift, Oracle, Java, MongoDB, and SQL, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure application stability and performance.
Serve as the primary owner for production incidents, leveraging tools such as Dynatrace and Service Now to drive issue resolution from initial detection through closure.
Design, implement, and enhance automated monitoring and operational processes using Ansible and other enterprise automation tools to improve system reliability and efficiency.
Lead disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution activities to ensure application resiliency and business continuity across supported platforms.
Partner with development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to onboard new applications and maintain operational readiness within a complex production environment.
Participate in a rotating 24x7 on-call support schedule, including weekend and after-hours coverage for production releases, system maintenance, and critical issue resolution.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to support team members while driving best practices in application monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, and continuous improvement.
