Senior Cloud Infrastructure Manager

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

This is a great opportunity for an infrastructure leader to guide the strategy and execution of both cloud and on-premises environments, in a hybrid role based in Cleveland, OH.

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments
• Develop and execute infrastructure strategy that balances cloud scalability with on-premises reliability
• Oversee infrastructure architecture, capacity planning, and performance optimization
• Manage and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers and administrators
• Drive cloud migration initiatives while maintaining and optimizing existing on-premises systems
• Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness across hybrid environments
• Partner with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with business needs
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new infrastructure tools and technologies
• Oversee infrastructure budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization

• 10+ years of progressive infrastructure experience
• Proven experience managing both on-premises and hybrid cloud environments
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) alongside traditional infrastructure (servers, storage, networking)
• Experience leading and developing infrastructure teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills

• A genuine mix of legacy systems and modern cloud work — not just a "lift and shift" environment
• Real decision-making authority over infrastructure roadmap and tooling choices
• A hybrid schedule based in Cleveland, OH that respects deep-focus infrastructure work
• Budget and support for pursuing cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• A tenured IT team that values technical depth over titles
