Sittercity is seeking a caring, detail-oriented professional to help build and support our trusted childcare marketplace. In this role, you'll partner with product, engineering, and customer teams to improve how families find, vet, and manage sitters. You'll analyze caregiver and family needs, support digital tools that enhance safety and trust, and help streamline workflows across the platform. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, comfort with technology, clear communication, and a passion for helping families access safe, reliable care in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to improve the childcare marketplace platform
• Analyze caregiver and family needs to inform product enhancements
• Support implementation and maintenance of digital tools enhancing safety and trust
• Streamline and document workflows across the platform and internal tools
• Translate user feedback and data insights into actionable requirements
• Assist with testing and validating new features and improvements
• Create clear documentation, reports, and process guides for stakeholders
• Monitor key metrics and identify opportunities to improve user experience
