- Own overall relationship management for a strategic enterprise account
- Act as the primary onsite point of contact for business and IT stakeholders.
- Drive account growth through identification of new opportunities and expansion areas
- Coordinate closely with offshore delivery teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
- Manage commercial aspects including SOWs, renewals, staffing alignment, and governance cadence
- Support presales activities, proposals, and solution discussions in collaboration with technical teams
- Ensure strong communication between onsite and offshore teams to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes
- 10 to 15 years of experience in IT services sales or account management
- Strong experience working in an onsite offshore delivery model
- Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts and senior client stakeholders
- Solid understanding of IT services, digital engineering, and technology delivery models
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and coordination skills
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating with cross functional teams
- Prior experience working with manufacturing or industrial clients / healthcare .
- Familiarity with manufacturing IT systems such as ERP, PLM, MES, supply chain, or engineering applications
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing environments
