- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of IT or cybersecurity experience
- Basic understanding of Windows, networking, and common cyber threats
- Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management is a plus
- CompTIA Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe)
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn
- IT Help Desk or Technical Support
- Security Operations Centers (SOC)
- Endpoint protection or monitoring tools
- Vulnerability management or patching
- Basic networking and system administration
