Join PPG as a Technical Service Trainee in our Automotive OEM division and embark on a comprehensive training journey designed to develop your technical expertise and customer service skills. What You’ll DoTraining & Development
- Participate in a comprehensive rotational training program across multiple departments to gain broad business understanding and strategic insights
- Learn from experienced technical service professionals in diagnosing and resolving complex customer technical issues
- Master the use of diagnostic tools, software, and specialized equipment essential to technical service operations
- Engage in leadership development workshops, seminars, and mentoring sessions to build management and interpersonal capabilities
Customer Service Excellence
- Develop effective communication skills to understand customer technical problems and provide timely, clear updates
- Learn to maintain a customer-oriented mindset with unwavering focus on service excellence
- Build strong professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Technical Problem-Solving
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and quality assurance to elevate and resolve complex technical challenges
- Analyze business challenges and propose innovative solutions under senior leadership guidance
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and technical service best practices
Professional Growth
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, demonstrating insights and program progress

Education & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus)
- Prior internship or relevant industry experience is advantageous
- Proficiency in computers and common software applications

Salary range for this position will be between 50,000 to 65,000 with a 2.5% bonus potential.
