Billing Specialist

UB Greensfelder LLP has a full-time opening for a Billing Specialist in our Accounting/Finance Department working in our Cleveland office. This position will be responsible for processing client billings and e-billings, insurance billing and conformity, conducting frequent follow-up of bill status to ensure timely issuance and collection, resolving internal and external client billing inquiries, addressing payment inquiries and assisting with client collection.

This position is eligible for occasional hybrid work after an initial onboarding period.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
• 3+ years' billing experience is needed.
• Proficiency in both Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
• Experience with a time and billing software and e-billing software sites is preferred.
