Business Litigation Counsel - Cleveland

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is currently seeking a business litigation attorney as a Counsel position to join the firm's Cleveland office. This position has a reduced hourly requirement and is a non-partner track position without the requirement of business development or firm management.

• Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience as a practicing litigator in connection with complex business disputes and a strong desire to work in a fast‑paced litigation practice.
• Candidates must have an excellent understanding of civil procedure, experience in taking and defending depositions, managing and/or supervising litigation cases, as well as significant courtroom experience. Strong consumer finance litigation experience is also preferred.
• Must be licensed in Ohio.
• Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills, including complex motion practice and interacting with clients.
