A highly regarded IP boutique law firm in Greater Cleveland is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Patent Associate. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in patent drafting and prosecution, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. This full-time, onsite position requires managing patent matters independently, collaborating with engineers and inventors, and handling client communications.

Candidates must be registered to practice before the USPTO and admitted to at least one U.S. State Bar.
