Supports Legal/Regulatory Department in Cleveland, Ohio. Has shared responsibility for assisting with a variety of legal, regulatory and compliance matters. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust's mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization.
ResponsibilitiesRequired:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal certification
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, CoPilot) and other software products typically used in a Legal/Regulatory/Compliance department
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to professionally interact with people at all levels of the corporate structure in-person, by phone or video, and in writing
- Quick learner with a strong desire to take on additional responsibilities and stretch outside his/her comfort zone
- Good writer capable of handling different formats and styles (e.g., e-mail; cover letter; business plans)
- Self-motivated team player with the proven ability to prioritize and handle numerous competing demands in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment, frequently under urgent deadlines
- Builds strong relationships with fellow team members and collaborates effectively
- Ability to handle confidential information sensitively and discreetly
Preferred:
- Minimum of two years of corporate paralegal/administrative and/or insurance regulatory experience
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance issues and state insurance law
- Working experience with Share Point

The expected salary range for this role is $58,500.00-$85,000.00.
