We are immediately seeking a skilled Probate Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in probate administration and estate planning. As an Associate with our firm your key responsibilities will be:

• Represent clients in probate administration matters.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including estate plans, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases and provide strategic advice.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes effectively.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
