Job Description

Everstaff is seeking Pre-Litigation Attorneys for a reputable law firm in the Cleveland area!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Investigate case facts and gather evidence related to damages.
Negotiate all aspects of case settlements, including lien resolution, when applicable.
Maintain effective communication and foster positive relationships with clients, opposing attorneys, court personnel, and insurance representatives.
Collaborate with teams to achieve law firm objectives.
Supervise and support staff members.

Requirements:

Admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio.
2-5 years of experience in plaintiff or defense personal injury practice.
Insurance defense and/or prior claims handling experience is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
Familiarity with Needles case management software is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
