We’re looking for a dependable and compassionate Bus Driver to safely transport our residents to appointments, outings, and activities. If you enjoy driving and making a difference in others’ lives, this is the role for you!

Job Duties:

• Safely operate facility vehicles for scheduled trips

• Assist residents with boarding, exiting, and mobility needs

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance issues

• Follow traffic laws and facility policies

• Coordinate transportation schedules with staff

• Keep accurate records for billing and documentation

• Provide friendly, respectful service to all residents

Qualifications:

• Minimum age: 18; at least 2 years of driving experience

• Valid driver’s license with no more than 5 points

• Clear criminal and FBI background checks

• Medical exam and Passenger Assistance Course completion

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist residents physically
