ECommerce Operations Associate

Job Summary

The E-Commerce Operations Associate is responsible for supporting daily e-commerce operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment, vendor compliance, and a positive customer experience from order placement through delivery. This role works cross-functionally with internal departments and external retail partners to support order processing, inventory management, communication, and issue resolution across multiple e-commerce platforms.

• Support daily e-commerce operations including order processing, fulfillment coordination, and customer support activities.
• Collaborate with Import, Demand Planning, Accounting, Distribution, Engineering, Product Management, Customer Service, and Sales teams to ensure vendor compliance requirements are met.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time in accordance with retailer requirements and routing guides.
• Monitor and audit orders through SL9, Commerce Hub, SPS Commerce, and customer portals.
• Maintain communication with distribution centers to support timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies, pricing issues, transmission errors, and inventory feed concerns.

• MUST have prior experience working with order processing systems and retailer portals
• Previous experience in E-Commerce operations, order management, customer service in manufacturing/distribution environments required
