We are partnering with a leading healthcare organization, to hire a Supply Chain Data Analyst. This individual will play a key role in analyzing supply chain operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and improving overall efficiency across procurement and inventory processes.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategic sourcing initiatives, optimize reporting, and enhance system workflows within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities
- Evaluate purchasing and utilization patterns
- Identify pricing discrepancies and support spend analysis
- Build reports and dashboards for supply chain insights
- Support procurement activities including PO placement and vendor coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve inventory and process flow
- Optimize ERP and point-of-use systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or 4+ years relevant experience)
- Experience working with supply chain/ERP systems
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- High attention to detail
