The Opportunity: Don't settle for being just another number in a cubicle at a big-box corporation. Phalanx Logistics Solutions is expanding our Atlanta branch at The Battery, and we are looking for a hungry, driven Logistics Coordinator who is ready to learn the business from the ground up.

In this role, you won't be stuck doing the same mundane tasks every day. Logistics is a fast-paced, thrilling, and challenging industry where no two days are the same. You will be mentored directly by our Atlanta leaders, Colten Sherman and Worth Harrison, and if you have the drive, you'll have the opportunity to step into customer-facing responsibilities within months of joining our team.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the day-to-day entry and execution of shipments in our TMS (McLeod).
• Track and trace freight, actively solving problems to keep supply chains moving.
• Communicate across platforms with customers, carriers, the Atlanta team, and our Cleveland HQ.
• Learn the art of risk, time, and task management in a high-stakes environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduates (High school diploma required, college degree preferred) who are "sponges" ready to learn.
• Agile, quick decision-makers with meticulous attention to detail.
• Team players who bring energy, loyalty, and exceptional communication skills to the floor.
• $55,000 annual base salary.
• Prime office location at The Battery Atlanta.
