We're partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Senior Buyer to drive strategic sourcing, supplier performance, and cost-saving initiatives while ensuring uninterrupted production support.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic sourcing & supplier negotiations
- Cost reduction and supply chain optimization
- Supplier relationship management
- Direct material and component procurement
- ERP/MRP purchasing and inventory management
- Cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance
- Risk mitigation and supply continuity planning
- 5+ years of purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain experience in manufacturing
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Proven ability to manage suppliers and drive cost savings
- Bachelor's degree preferred
