Heilind Electronics is seeking a Production Coordinator to support efficient order fulfillment in our wholesale electronics distribution operations. You will coordinate production schedules, track work orders, and ensure material availability for interconnect, electromechanical, and sensor products. Responsibilities include maintaining ERP data, monitoring inventory and lead times, resolving order issues, and partnering with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily and weekly production and order fulfillment schedules
- Maintain accurate work orders and BOM data in ERP/MRP systems
- Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and material availability
- Communicate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to resolve issues
- Track order status and proactively address delays or constraints
- Prepare production and inventory reports for operations leadership
- Support process improvements for on-time delivery and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
