Tools Service Technician

A well-established power tools distribution and service provider in Cleveland, OH is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tools Service Technician to join their growing team. If you have hands‑on experience servicing tools and enjoy supporting customers across the manufacturing and construction industries, we’d love to hear from you!

What we can do for YOU:

• Pay: $18-22/hr; based on experience
• Schedule: Monday – Friday; 7:30 – 4pm

• Receive and evaluate pneumatic and electrical tools for repair
• Perform repairs, warranty work, and prepare accurate cost estimates
• Create and submit quotes and repair orders using ERP software
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair status and follow‑ups
• Assist with special projects and perform counter sales duties when needed
• Support general office, building maintenance, and shipping/receiving activities
• Receive tool breakdowns from suppliers and compile part lists for necessary repairs

• At least 1 year of experience servicing pneumatic and electrical tools
• Strong customer service background in a business serving manufacturing and construction industries
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Epicor P21 preferred), including order entry and quote preparation
• Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to diagnose tool issues, identify necessary parts, and manage repair workflows
• Reliable, organized, and able to handle a variety of technical and logistical tasks
