Responsibilities:
* Maintain upkeep of all building and supplies needed to meet health and safety standards
* Inspect building structures inside and outside to determine any need for repairs
* Inspect facilities to determine problems and maintenance issues
* Inspect and maintain any building systems to report repairs necessary or to outside vendor service technicians
* Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, minor construction, and repairs
