Monday‑Friday, 7am - 3:30pm OR 8am - 4:30pm

• Routine upkeep of parking lot and areas surrounding the buildings
• Garbage/Trash disposal
• Pressure washing and sweeping walkways and parking lot (if needed)
• Removal of miscellaneous debris surrounding facility grounds

• Experience with cleaning commercial buildings a plus (but not required)
• Must have the ability to work with other crew members
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
• Must have reliable transportation
• Steel‑toed shoes required (when applicable)
• Ability to work in hot conditions
