• Shift: 8 am – 12 pm (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
• Hours:
  
  Consistent weekly schedule
• Pay: $14 /hr weekly

• Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, stairwells, and lobby spaces
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Empty and re‑line trash and recycling bins
• Clean restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, replenish supplies)
• Wipe surfaces, door handles, and high‑touch areas
• Ensure building remains tidy, safe, and presentable
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
• Follow checklists and take photos

• Previous cleaning experience preferred (commercial or residential)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and handle physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Able to pass a background check
• Smartphone required for checklists, photos & clock‑ins
